We are searching for a motivated and dedicated postdoctoral researcher to join our lab at the Lundquist Institute in Torrance, CA. The candidate is expected to characterize the abnormal expression of lncRNAs and their function in leiomyoma using traditional and novel molecular biology tools.
Qualifications
The candidate should have a M.D. or Ph.D. degree in life or medical science with expertise in cell biology/molecular biology or in a relevant field. Previous experience in stem cell research and/or bioinformatics is a plus. Fluency in English speaking/writing is a prerequisite. The candidate should also have strong communication and collaborative skills and have abilities to initiate/plan and work independently. At least one first-authored publication in a peer-reviewed journal is required. Salary is based on years of experience and NIH guidelines ($58000/year).
