Key responsibilities:
- Planning and modification of synthesis pathways based on literature-patent analysis.
- Conducting organic syntheses (classic techniques, but also modern organic synthesis, photochemistry, microwaves, flow chemistry, enzymatic).
- Optimization of leading structures in research projects.
- Defining project risks.
- Control of raw material/reagent management in the project.
- Day-to-day regular laboratory work including the set-up of experiments, analyzing data, interpretation, and reporting of the results.
Your background:
- Completed university studies in the field of organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry (MSc or Ph.D.).
- Written and verbal proficiency in the English language is required.
- Knowledge in the field of synthetic organic chemistry.
- Team-oriented and well-organized person.
- Proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
