Dana Farber Cancer Institute
Yin will be conducting analyses of the relationship between dietary and lifestyle factors, as well as genomic and molecular biomarkers, and risk of colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer. He will also evaluate the association between these factors and survival of patients with colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer. He will utilize the Channing/Harvard cohorts (NHS, NHS2, HPFS), Alliance clinical trial cohorts, and the DFCI Gastrointestinal Cancer Biobank to conduct these analyses.
