Job Purpose
Postdoctoral Associates are trainees working in an apprenticeship mode in preparation for a career as a scientific professional.
Job Duties
This is a postdoc position designed to contribute significantly to ongoing research efforts in the lab. The incumbent will contribute to a funded grant in the role of LKB1 in outer retina development and repair.
Duties include:
Generating data
Conduct experiments
Document experiments
Contribute to writing up experimental results
Aid in project design and planning
Overseeing rotation students as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Education Required: MD or Ph.D in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
- Experience Required: None Required.
- Certification/Licenses/Registration: None Required.
