Position Summary
The Wang Laboratory at the Department of Systems Biology, Beckman Research Institute, City of Hope, is seeking for a talented and motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to lead the project for RNA splicing dysregulation and oncogenesis in blood malignancies. Candidates with strong background in RNA splicing, cancer biology, animal models, and bioinformatics are encouraged to apply. Wang Laboratory is currently funded by R01 and foundation grants.
Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
- PhD or MD degree in hematology, molecular biology, cancer biology, or a related discipline is required.
- Understanding of RNA processing and metabolism is required.
- Knowledge in transcriptome analysis is preferred.
- Familiar with genetic murine models is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent and creative.

Salary / Pay Rate Information:
Pay Rate: $30.00 - $33.13 / hour
