Conduct controlled environment research in collaboration with a team, Design studies, summarize results publish in referred journals.
PhD in Horticulture, Plant Science, or related discipline
A background in plant physiology, photobiology, nutrition, and/or controlled environment crop production
Excellent written, oral communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to publish in refereed journals
Independently plan and conduct research
Data analysis and presentation of research findings at professional meetings
Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed journals
Ability to help supervise undergraduate employees and graduate students
Experience in photosynthetic gas exchange and automated data acquisition
