Job Description
Summary
The person is responsible for the research projects on the topic of cancer fusion genes and chimeric RNAs and their functional and clinical significance.
Job Duties
- Carries out the experiments using techniques such as RT-PCR, genomic PCR, mammalian cell culture, cell sorting, and immuno assays.
- Analyzes the data and writes up manuscript for publications.
- Works closely with the Principal Investigator and other team members to coordinate all phases of the projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree and possesses outstanding knowledge and skills in molecular biology, and is familiar with the related techniques such as RT-PCR and genomic PCR, mammalian cell culture and immuno assays.
