About usLocated in Hangzhou, China, the Institute of Infectious Disease and Vaccine, School of Public Health, Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ZCMU) invites applications for 3 - 5 postdoctoral fellows. The postdoctoral fellows will join the program in the burden of infectious disease using integrated datasets in clinical and public health practice. Led by the chair of Vaccinology Education Committee and the Vice-chairman of Youth Vaccination Committee, China Association of Vaccine (CAV), the team has been devoted to exploring the vaccine effectiveness and impact, vaccine hesitancy profiles and intervention in the Chinese population. The team’s research, funded by various resources of 1.5+ million euros, appeared in international peer-reviewed scientific journals.

Plans, leads and conducts specialized and advanced research programs.
Evaluates and analyzes data.
May establish new research protocols and procedures.
Summarizes research findings and publish results in scientific journals.
May supervise research staff.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in epidemiology, biostatistics, infectious disease, or related field with strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Programming and data management in SAS, STAT, or R.
Candidates are expected to have excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and record keeping skills; and the capacity to work independently and with inter-disciplinary teams.
