Summary of Job Duties:
The Post Doctoral Fellow will lead the synthesis and characterization of chemistries to modify ion exchange beads and cellulose-based materials. This position needs writing skills as they will also be involved in publications related to the efforts. Finally, this position will also involve working with a team on experiments involving surgeries of small and large animals.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related field from an accredited institution of higher education conferred by the start of employment
This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
