Job Description
Seeking a postdoctoral researcher to synthesize thin films of topological semi-metals, and study their optical and transport properties of their surface states. These studies will be carried out as part of a larger effort to design novel interconnects with low dissipation in the THz regime.
Position Requirements
- PhD in Condensed Matter Physics, Materials Science or related areas; obtained within the last 3 years or upcoming year.
- The candidate is expected to have research experience in related areas of materials science and solid state physics.
- Knowledge of thin film synthesis using molecular beam epitaxy and characterization of low dimensional structures using optical and transport measurements is highly relevant, though not necessary.
