Job Description
Join the ADAPT in SC (Advancement of Personalized and Transformative Healthcare in South Carolina) research community. ADAPT in SC is an NSF funded RII Track-1 EPSCoR grant. This position will be working with a vibrant research team on artificial intelligence (AI) applications in the field of biomedicine with focus on ethics, users of AI applications, explainability, patient confidentiality and other interesting research areas. The position is based at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in the Biomedical Informatics Center (BMIC). Contribute to shaping scientific objectives, research projects planning, execution, and analysis related to AI projects in biomedicine. Collaborate with faculty members at MUSC and across the state with considerable impact. The successful candidate will participate in the design and execution of research projects, preparation of manuscripts, and possibly grant applications.
