Summary
THINC is hiring a Postdoctoral Associate - Computational Biology. Postdoctoral Associate - Computational Biology are trainees working in an apprenticeship mode in preparation for a career as a scientific professional. They have demonstrated expertise in skills that are highly sought for in the workforce. Eligible skill sets are drug discovery (e.g. medicinal, synthetic or computational chemistry, structural biology, or lab automation) and advanced computation (e.g. machine learning, AI, and other advanced approaches to create tools and analyze large data sets).
Job Duties
- Plans, directs and conducts specialized and advanced research experiments.
- Evaluates and analyzes data.
- Establishes new research protocols and procedures.
- Summarizes research findings and publish results in research journals.
- Maintainslaboratory operations.
- Supervises research staff.
Minimum Qualifications
- MD or Ph.D. in Basic Science, Health Science, or a related field.
- No experience required.
