Job Description
The Immune Imaging group at the University of Illinois Chicago is seeking a postdoctoral research associate. The research group specializes in nanoscale immunobiophysics and has published recent studies in:

Research Focus
Current projects in the group focus on:
1. Developing Quantitative and Multiplexed Superresolution Imaging: We specialize in utilizing protein-based and small-molecule probes to perform single-molecule localization microscopy.
2. Investigating Cytokine Packaging, Transport, and Secretion: We focus on understanding the nanoscale inter- and intracellular communications of immune cells using single-molecule and superresolution imaging techniques.
Equipment and Facilities
The research group is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including:
• Nikon N-STORM Superresolution System
• CrestOptics DeepSIM Multispot Lattice Structured Illumination Microscope
• BSL2 Tissue Culture Suite, qPCR, Nanodrop
• Dedicated Computing Workstations
